Indoor/Outdoor?

We plan on the vendors to be inside (limited number of spots available) at the Elberta Civic Center, however there is the option for the vendor to place a tent outside at the park. Spots will be assigned as per requests.

Vendor set up time?

The community center will be open and available for Vendors ONLY from 8am

Closed venue to event only or open to entire public?

All Geocaching events are open to the Public

Electricity available? & Extension cords/power boards

Electrictiy is available in the civic center, please come prepared with your own extension cords and power boards.

WiFi available?

Yes, (inside Civic Center ONLY) a password will be provided to the vendors on the day of the event. Vendors should plan to have cell connectivity as a back-up.

Vendor booth space/Tables?

Vendors should plan to bring their own tables or set up, however we have limited amount of tables. Please review the sponsorship tiers for size allotments.

Popup Canopy allowed?

Frame Only, no canopys inside.

Expected foot traffic number?

600+ geocachers over the course of the day.

Facilities for restrooms available?

Yes, onsite.

Generators/fire/open flame?

At no time are Generators/fire or open flames allowed inside the Civic Center.
